Policies

- All sales are final.
- There are no refunds or exchanges unless the product is completely defective. (Shipping & Handling is non-refundable)
- Defective item must be returned no later than 7 days after you receive it. You will no be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.
- In case of missing parts, please notify us no later than 7 days after you receive the item and we will arrange re-shipments of relevant parts.
- An order consists of part / lipo / heli combo kit will be shipped out within 3-9 working days after we receive your payment. An order with assembled, RTF heli will be shipped within 5 – 15 working days (depending on workload) after payment. We work 5 days per week. No further notification will be sent to buyers.
- Please email us if you cannot receive any email regarding your order after 15 days of your payment and we will investigate it.
- Please email us if you cannot receive the item 15 days after your payment and we will investigate it.
- For items with more than one options of transmitters or receivers, the transmitters or receivers we provide will depend on our stock level.
- Please do not file paypal complaints if you have questions / problems about your order as this would delay the order processing time. Pls try to email us first and we will handle it.
- If you have any questions or if you want the item by a specific date due to birthday / moving etc, please email us first and we can make special arrangements.
- Shipping time is up to 4-8 weeks to some european countries as the European post office and customs always delay shipping.
- We have no control about your item once shipped, please contact your local post office for it, DON’T buy if you do not agree with this.
